Cannot see Fraud Detection in the Dashboard

If you cannot see the Fraud section in the lefthand menu in the Dashboard, try the following:Ensure you are in the client view

  1. Sign in to the Dashboard.
  2. In the Business entity selector,  select the client view for your account.

Ensure you have the required role/permissions

You need one of the following user roles:

  • Admin
  • Risk manager
  • A custom role with the Create, edit, or delete rules permission

If you still cannot see the Fraud section, contact your account manger or request support.
