Custom lists are only available for Fraud Detection Pro.
You need one of the following user roles:

Admin
-
Risk manager
-
A custom role with the
Create, edit, or delete rulespermission
Follow these steps:

Sign in to the Dashboard.

Go to Fraud > Strategy > Lists > Custom lists.

Select the list you want to edit.
To add an entry to the list, select Add entry.
To remove all items from the list, select the overflow menu > Clear list.
To edit the list name, select the overflow menu > Edit list.
