If the payment was declined by a Fraud Detection risk rule, you can check the reason based on the response code you received.
You can also check in the Dashboard which rules it was assessed against and identify if you need to update any rules. You need the View and search for payments user permission.

Sign in to the Dashboard.

Go to Payments > Processing > All payments.

Select the relevant payment to open the Transaction details page.

Under Payment timeline, select View full assessment.
If the payment was not declined due to your risk rules, it may have been declined due to a Checkout.com global risk rule.
