Why was my risk rule not assessed for a payment?

If a risk rule was not assessed for a specific payment, the rule may have been created or added to your live risk strategies after the payment was initiated. 

To check the payment date in the Dashboard, you need the View and search for payments user permission.

  1. Sign in to the Dashboard.

  2. Go to Payments > Processing > All payments.

  3. Select the relevant payment to open the Transaction details page.
