If you have seen an increase in the number of payments being declined with the risk response code 43102, this is due to the June 2025 upgrade to descriptive response codes and is expected behavior.
43102 declines were previously 40101 declines.
The number of declines has not changed, but you now receive the accurate reason for the decline.
