If you cannot see the option to add a new new risk rule in the Dashboard for the Fraud Detection solution, it may be for the following reasons:
- Permissions – Check that you have the required user permissions in the Dashboard.
- System-level configuration – Check if any risk settings are pre-configured at system level on your side, which prevent you from making manual changes. This happens if rules are managed centrally or if the risk configuration in your system follows a predefined structure.
- Rule limit reached – If you've already added the maximum number of rules, Checkout.com's system may restrict adding more. To check this, contact support@checkout.com.
- UI or platform issue – If it’s a display issue, please try the following:
- Clear your browser cache.
- Access the Dashboard from an incognito window.
- Try a different browser.
