How can I see fraud flags on payments in the Dashboard?

You can flag payments as fraudulent in the Dashboard. Checkout.com uses this information to improve the Fraud Detection solution, and reports relevant payments to the card schemes.

To see your payments that have a fraud flag:

  1. Sign in to the Dashboard.
  2. Go to Payments > All payments.
  3. Filter by Flagged status.
