How can I report a fraudulent payment?

You can report a fraudulent payment in the Dashboard. 

Ensure you have the Risk manager user role.

  1. Sign in to the Dashboard.
  2. Go to Payments > All payments, and search for and select the payment you want to flag.
  3. On the Payment details screen, select Flag as fraud.

Flagging fraudulent payments helps the issuer offboard the customer’s account, reducing further fraud.
