If your invoices or Settlement Statements do not show your tax number, it may be because Checkout.com does not have it on record from your onboarding information.
When onboarding with Checkout.com, a tax number is required for some regions, but not all. For example, if your business is located within the European Economic Area (EEA), you must provide your VAT registration number.
If you want your tax number included on your invoices and Settlement Statements, provide it to your Account Manager or support@checkout.com.
