Transfer account ownership

To request an account ownership transfer, you must have one of the following pre-defined Dashboard roles:

  • Account Owner
  • Admin

Contact our Support team with the following information:

  • A valid reason for the ownership transfer.
  • Details of the new owner, who must be an existing user with admin permissions.
  • If the current owner is active - approval from them for the transfer.
  • If the current owner is inactive - proof that they're no longer active.

We'll notify you once the account ownership is transferred.
