To request an account ownership transfer, you must have one of the following pre-defined Dashboard roles:
- Account Owner
- Admin
Contact our Support team with the following information:
- A valid reason for the ownership transfer.
- Details of the new owner, who must be an existing user with admin permissions.
- If the current owner is active - approval from them for the transfer.
- If the current owner is inactive - proof that they're no longer active.
We'll notify you once the account ownership is transferred.
