It is possible to set up MFA on multiple devices to ensure you always have access, even if one device becomes unavailable.
Steps to configure MFA on multiple devices
- Sign in to the Dashboard: Sign in to your Checkout.com Dashboard.
- Access Security settings: Select your profile icon and go to Security.
- Set up the first device: In the Multi-factor authentication section, select Set up under Authenticator app. Scan the QR code with your first device's authenticator app. Enter the one-time password generated by the app.
- Set up additional devices: Stay on this page and scan the same QR code with each additional device's authenticator app. Confirm each device generates the same one-time password.
- Verify multiple devices: Log out and log back in to test MFA on each device.
