Resolved integration issue still shows on the Integration Health dashboard

If you resolved an issue that was affecting your acceptance rate, but the issue still appears on your dashboard, try these suggestions:

  1. Verify the date range: If you resolved the issues on May 13, 2024, set the time picker to May 14, 2024, or later. This ensures you are viewing the most recent data.
  2. Understand data refresh timing: Integration Health data is refreshed daily. Changes may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the dashboard.
  3. Monitor acceptance rate improvement: After adjusting the date range, check if there is an improvement in your acceptance rate for the resolved issues.

By following these steps, you can ensure your dashboard accurately reflects the resolved issues.
