Add a processing channel to my account

To add a new processing channel to your Checkout.com account, contact our Support team and provide the following information:

  • The legal entity under which you'd like the new processing channel to be added.
  • Website URL: This can be either an existing URL or a completely new one from which you will be processing payments. For existing URLs, include the rationale for splitting the traffic.
  • Processing channel name: What name you'd like us to set up for this new processing channel.
  • Details about the setup for the new processing channel:
    • Processing currencies: The currencies you will use to process payments.
    • Settlement currencies: The currencies you will use for settlements.
    • Bank account details: The bank account details to ensure smooth settlement of funds. If the bank account does not exist, request to add a new one by following the instructions in this article.
    • Payment methods/Card schemes: The card schemes and payment methods you want to enable.
    • Success and Fail redirection URLs: The URLs customers will be redirected to after payment processing.

Next Steps

Once the change is verified, we will add the new processing channel to our system and notify you accordingly.
